|We are Colorado's best, most respected elk hunting outfitter, offering mule deer, antelope and mountain lion hunting as well as the best in elk hunting. We also offer archery, rifle, and muzzle-loading hunts.
The guide to client ratio is 1:2, so bring a friend if possible. Who better to enjoy your hunt with than a best friend!
Expect to see an average of 20 to 50 elk per day on our ranch near Craig, Colorado, with more animals entering our property on a daily basis during the hunting season. The average bull taken is a 5 point with some 6 points harvested.
Deer harvested on our ranch must be a four point or better with some taken in the 25-inch-to-30-inch bracket. These bucks are not easy to harvest but the ranch does hold these deer as trophy potential.
There is a plentiful herd of antelope on our ranch in Colorado's Western Slope and they have been given the opportunity to grow to trophy potential due to limited hunting and excellent land management.
High success rate on over 200,000 acres of private land. We are 5 out of 6 most seasons. In order to preserve our world class hunt, we only take about 7 animals per year, so we have 7 tags available for purchase. These are huge animals! Click here for pictures and rates.
At Elkhorn Outfitters Northland Adventures, we strive to make your hunting experience a success. We presently hunt over 7000 acres of privately owned land, which allows us to offer quality whitetail deer hunting. Our goal is to harvest mature deer; we are usually after deer 130 inches or bigger, with a good chance at deer greater than 150 inches. More info...
